Scana Steel Björneborg AB supplies a wide range of products for use in the marine construction industry, including:

Our marine products can be supplied in pre-finished or finished form with the appropriate surface treatment in accordance with our customers' specifications.
We have the machine capacity to process marine components up to 24 metres long and weighing up to 45 tonnes, which makes us a worldwide market leader. Our customers include the market and technology leaders in the marine propulsion industry.
We use our own top quality steel as the basis for our components. We use both standard and custom analyses. We can supply all types of steel from standard carbon steel through to low-alloy steel with a maximum alloy content of 12%.
Our use of advanced metallurgical technology allows us to offer high-precision analyses and supply clean steel (steel with low impurity levels).
