Scana Zamech delivers complete shaft line systems including single shafts of a maximum length of 22 meters and maximum weight length of 60 tons.
Shaftlines are delivered according to designs provided by the customer. Shaftlines can also be delivered based on the design made by Scana on the basis of customer specifications.
On request we assist in enquiries regarding propeller and shaftline design.
Standard scope of delivery includes :
propeller shaft;
propeller nut / securing ring;
aft & stern shaft seals;
intermediate shafts;
bearings;
hydraulic bolts;
hydraulic tools;
tools and connecting elements of all components for assembly and securing as well as lifting eye bolts and spare parts.
In addition we offer the following shaftline accessories:
Sterntubes with or without bearings;
Seals;
Torque measurement device;
Turning device;
Shaft grounding device;
Shaft locking device.
As a part of delivery a fixed pitch propeller and propeller cap are often included.We will also fulfill shipyard-specific additional requirements.
