Please find attached minutes from the ordinary general meeting in Scana Industrier ASA that was conducted May 4th 2011.  (Minutes are in Norwegian only).

43.9 % of the shareholders were represented at the meeting in person or by power of attorney. Item 2 and 8 was decided by 98 % of the represented votes. All other matters were decided unanimously in accordance with the board's recommendations.
