(Enhanced) Ni-Cr-Mo indefinite chill centrifugal composite roll

Main Features:

The carbon content and the nickel-chromium alloy content of the barrel shell of such roll are higher, their matrix is mainly bainite, the carbide content is up to 25% ~ 40%, while the core and the necks material are of high strength ductile cast iron, so that such rolls have high hardness, high wear-resistant shell and high-strength core performance.

Main Application:

Work roll for plate roughing and finishing mill; work roll for hot strip finishing mill’s back section , work roll for leveling machine and Steckel mill, etc.

 

For rolls the maximum furnace capacity is approximately 40 tons.
Although  the maximum weight of finished machined products are approximately 26 tons.
