Frode Alhaug
Chairman of the board
Frode Alhaug (born 1949) was elected Chairman of the board of Scana Industrier ASA in 2008.
Mr. Alhaug served as the group´s CEO from 2005-2007 and prior to that as chairman/board member
between 2000 and 2005. Mr Alhaug was previously CEO of Moelven Industrier.
Mr. Alhaug is Scana’s third largest shareholder.
Bjørn Dahle
Bjørn Dahle (born 1947) has worked in the offshore industry since 1966 and as an independent investor and entrepreneur since 1971.
Mr. Dahle is one of Scana´s largest shareholders.
John Arild Ertvaag
John Arild Ertvaag (born 1955) runs his own investment business through his company Camar AS. The company invests primarily in the oil and gas sector, industry and commerce. He holds a number of board positions in both listed and non-listed companies. Camar AS is the second largest investor in Scana Industrier ASA.
Kristin Malonæs
Kristin Malonæs (born 1970) holds an MBA and works as director for Innovasjon Norge (Hedmark).
Mari Skjærstad
Mari Skjærstad (born 1969) has a law degree and is a partner in the law firm Johnsrud, Sanderud & Skjærstad AS. She has worked as lawyer since 1995. Ms. Skjærstad also sits on the board of a number of other companies, including Mesta, Flytoget, Norfund and Forsvarsbygg.
